CASE EXAMPLE
A large privately held organization with an international presence needed to assess its current imaging ecosystem and determine how to best design a platform that would support its current workflow demands while scaling to accommodate rapid organic growth, as well as extend to support a new data monetization service.
Our role was to provide a full workflow and technology assessment to identify critical gaps and map functional requirements between the organization's current state and their overall business strategy and goals. Our analysis identified that a transitional strategy that leveraged existing technology, enhanced with some new tools, would provide the most cost-effective and minimally disruptive solution to meet their short-term needs, while crafting a roadmap to progressively achieve their longer-term goals.
Ultimately, the organization was able to accelerate solution design and deployment, and quickly realize tangible and measurable improvements. What would have otherwise required a lengthy market analysis was achieved in short order by utilizing the expertise and market awareness of our our team of imaging and business experts.
